Here's what you need:
CRUST:
25 whole Oreos
4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING:
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 package (8 Ounce) Softened Cream Cheese1-1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1 package (8 Ounce) Cool Whip, Thawed
A glass of wine...because it's Wednesday
Prepare to be very happy...
Preheat oven to 350F. Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Add your butter to the mix and stir until well-combined. Press into your pie plate and place in oven for 5-7 minutes or until set up as a crust.
Beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beat til smooth. Add Cool whip, you guessed it, beat til smooth. (Fill up your wine glass, and don't get a picture of any of this).
Pour filling into crust and place in fridge until ready to serve (at least an hour),
